Book presents good information but was more of a motivational refresher for me as I have been operating on auto pilot for about 2 years. As I look to expand in new opportunities this book reminds me of tried and true practices that helped me successfully get up to speed in the past. I recommend it to people who will at least try the activities consistently. If you’re drawn to the title but reading what you already know then it’s likely you’re not doing what you know. Reading this won’t change that. It will help if you’re ready to change or get a jump back into the practices you know work.

This is a great, short guide on improving your focus and time efficiency. As someone who works very long hours and is constantly balancing that with family, this is a subject near and dear to my heart - and this book was worth the read.Many of these tips are common sense, but it helps being reminded of them. Other tips have links to various scheduling and time management tools I was unaware of. The author also knows what he's talking about. I especially agree with his conclusion that multi-tasking is not efficient; and the power of saying "no" to certain tasks sometimes is something I think of lot of us need to be reminded of.I also like the fact that the book is short. In a word, it's focused!

This is a very good approach for people who like procedures however it is lucking for people who are ready to die for options. There is a great number of people I would really recommend this book and tips. And a great number of people who will find this book useless. Most of the tips would not work for their personality.

I love how the Author lay out the book using #tips. It was very easy to understand. I will definitely be using some of these tips and I especially like that the recommended that at the end. I will be starting with those.

A very organized review of things we can do to focus in our daily life.I don't think much in the book is earth shattering, but it doesn't really promise to do so.Well worth the money if you are looking for multiple ideas to get focused.

Very good debug well worth reading.

I enjoyed the read and got some good ideas out of it! I will try to apply some of the "tricks" to my everyday activities
